			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>ITU will be holding 2 OPT workshops to be conducted on ITU campus. We would like to invite you to come and attend the workshop for your benefit. The rules for OPT have changed and ITU will be accepting OPT requests from March 4th through July 4th, which means we will accept the request 60 days before your program end date (05/04/2012).</p>
<p>We will briefly go through the OPT and SEVIS rules for 15 minutes, and it will be open discussion after. It is suggested that you to read the <a href="http://itu.edu/index.php/admissions/current-students/applying-for-cpt-and-opt/" target="_blank">OPT guidance</a> on our website before attending the workshop. Please bring all the concerns and questions that you may have.</p>

<p>This charity event was part of the &#8220;Pajama Program,&#8221; an organization committed to collecting sleepwear and books for foster children.</p>

<p>His Joint Seminar will spotlight the Digital Art Department and the importance of this field. Additionally, you will find out how digital arts and the digital revolution are affecting all industries. Learn about how the role of the US, the promising future of this market, and how ITU is targeting to play a major role in the future! Cases and audiovisual examples will be presented.</p>

<p>Are you tired of having to muffle your voice when everyone else around you is singing?  Or are you confident that your shower voice is the greatest sound to have ever been made? Here is your chance whether you think you are ITU&#8217;s best voice, or if you want to become ITU&#8217;s best voice come on in and sound off.</p>
<p>This will be a fun and intensive workshop on training your vocals.  Mr. Su has received some of the best training, and this is a great opportunity for you to learn how to harmonize from an experienced singer!  Please have a look at the <a href="http://itu.edu/index.php/lifeitu/events-activities/singing/" target="_blank">schedule of events</a> for this workshop. These lessons will be a mixture of singing, history, breathing techniques, and much more.</p>

<p>Mr. Jun Kai (JK) Su was born in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China. In early 1970’s, he was trained in the Bel Canto style by Mr. Cao Cen, one of China&#8217;s most famous baritone singers and vocal professors; in late 1970’s, he was selected to participate Maestro Class and trained by the world greatest Italian Baritone Singer Gino Bechi.  In early 1970’s, Mr. Su was accepted by the Hubei Provincial Song and Dance Ensemble and performed as a professional baritone soloist for many years.<br />
In 1979, Mr. Su changed his career to pursue international trade. He obtained his BA degree in English while in China, and received his MBA in international trade in USA.<br />
In addition to his full time job in international trade, JK has remained active in the performing arts.  He continues to perform as an operatic baritone, guest lecturer in vocal arts, and has acted as the artistic director for several live events in both the US and China.  His many titles and duties in this area include:</p>

<li>Vice President &#8211; American Chinese Performing Artists Association (since 1989)</li>
<li>Member – China “Chinese Culture Promotion Society” (CCPS, since 1992)</li>
<li>Senior Cultural Advisor and Artistic Director &#8211; Northern California Hubei Association and Joint Committees for major live events (since 2008)</li>
<li>Board Member &#8211; China Shanghai No.1 Museum (since 2009)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>MBA Lincoln University USA in 1989</li>
<li>BA in English from Hubei University China 1982</li>
<li>Vocal Training in Wuhan Music Institute by Professor Cao Cen (National Famous Vocal Professional)</li>
