Dr. John Ye is a professor at ITU while serving as a Director at Camel Microelectronics, Inc. He is an expert in VLSI high-speed circuit design, SoC and embedded systems. Dr. Ye is leading SOC researches at ITU. He previously worked as an engineering director at Fortemedia Inc. and Kilopass Technology Inc., a consultant for NEC Electronics and Trident Microsystems, and a designer in Sun Microsystems. His research expertise is in high-speed memory design, computer systems architecture, parallel computing architecture, embedded SoC architecture and design.
Dr. Ye received his Bachelor Degree in Physics from Fudan University, MS in Computer Engineering, and PhD in Solid-State Physics from University of Southern California.
Dr. John Ye leads SoC research at ITU.
