  • Full-Time Web Developer
    Department: Web Development & Design Services
    Duties & Responsibilities:

    1. Taking raw HTML/CSS from designer and turning into WordPress theme
    2. Adjusting and adding features to WordPress theme, or HTML-based website based on requirements
    3. Installing and configuring WordPress plugins
    4. Developing PHP based websites
    5. Adapting and integrating third-party open-source technologies based on jQuery or similar
    6. Providing feedback, suggestions and ideas on how to make best-looking website
    7. Working with designer to implement functions on various websites
    8. Managing and maintaining deadlines

    Requirements:

    1. PHP/HTML/CSS knowledge
    2. 1+ years professional experience developing websites in corporate environment
    3. Proven experience working with WordPress
    4. Ability to analyze and modify Javascript in regards to plugins and other open-source technology
    5. Knowledge of SEO integration
    6. Familiarity with modern web development trends
    7. Goal-oriented and team player
    8. Good organizational skills
    9. Bonus:
      • Experience with developing or manipulating WordPress themes
      • Any other mastered coding languages (JSON, jQuery, AJAX)
      • Knowledge of developing for mobile websites
