In need of some research material? Visit the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library at San Jose State, where ITU keeps reference materials and textbooks related to all of its courses. The modern design and open space is sure to provide students with a calm study atmosphere. Inside ITU

ITU believes in the importance of an environment that encourages social interactions outside of the classroom. We continue to work towards creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, recognizing a strong international demographic.

ITU organizes cultural celebrations, such as Christmas and Diwali, among others, and hosts parties on campus.  We also have a number of Events & Activities for students to participate. Festivities include international cuisine, a live DJ, and games, and welcome students, alumni, their families and friends.

Student Lounge

Out student lounge is designed to allow students to relax with their studies or to chat with fellow students.  The student lounge features a pool table, multiple course resources, comfortable study areas, and access to the back of the campus where you can catch some sun. The student lounge shares an area with our Information Resource Center.

The hours for the Student Lounge are:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 pM
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Basketball Court

We have a full-sized basketball court on campus for students to shoot hoops, and can also be used as an indoor soccer field.  The hours for the basketball court are:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
The basketball court will also be closed when class is held next door.
