- Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority is the local, Silicon Valley public transportation service. There are both light-rail trolleys and busses available. Please check the Student Services for information on how to get an ECOPASS which will allow you to purchase a discounted year-round pass.
- BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) is a train that provides clean, scenic service from Fremont to Richmond, Berkeley and San Francisco.
- Caltrain provides commuter rail service along the San Francisco Peninsula, through the South Bay to San Jose and Gilroy.
- SFMTA (San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency) is one of America’s oldest public transit areas and the seventh largest system in the U.S. Commonly known as the “Muni,” it consists of historical streetcars, modern light rail vehicles, taxis, electric trolley coaches, world famous cable cars and diesel buses.
