(1) The Registration Fee/Late Registration Fee and Technology Fee apply to all students who add/register for any course, either online or in person, for the current trimester. All students who add/register for any course are liable for these per trimester, non-refundable fees even if you decide to withdraw from all classes after adding/registering for them.
(2) The Late Registration Fee applies to students who register for courses during the “Late Registration Period“.
(3) The Technology Fee is used to cover the costs for maintaining and advancing our student support programs and technology systems. Large portion of the fund is allocated for upgrading our registration and students’ payment system. It is a non-refundable fee applicable to all students each trimester.
(4) All current ITU students must have active health insurance coverage. Refund requests are only permitted in special circumstances. Please refer to the Wells Fargo booklet for additional details. Additionally, refunds can only be requested before or on February 17, 2016 for the Spring 2016 trimester, and June 14, 2016 for the Summer 2016 trimester.
