Having a BA in Interdisciplinary Arts and an MA in Adult Education with a TESL Certificate, Ann Cartier has taught in a wide variety of schools and businesses. She loves working with students and seeing that spark of learning and instilling a love of language. She looks forward to working with you!

Jason Barber : Faculty

Jason Barber is a member of the ESL faculty at ITU. He has over three years of ESL teaching experience in South Korea as the head teacher at Korea Polyschool, Mok-Dong 2 Campus and as the lead debate instructor for Poly's Joonggye Campus. He has also tutored adult learners of various nationalities including learners from Korea, Russia, China, India, and Mexico. He has his Master of Education degree from Northeastern University. In Korea, he specialized in grammar and debate instruction.

Jared Roehrig has been teaching English to foreign language speakers for approximately eight years. He received his CELTA at St. John's University in New York and relocated to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam from 2008-2010. He taught within many diverse levels and contexts, including the Bayer Pharmaceutical corporate offices and the People's Committee headquarters in the Mekong Delta. In 2011 he moved to San Francisco to pursue an MFA in Creative Writing and an MA in English at San Francisco State University. Jared has a passion for languages, fostering personal growth, and breaking down language barriers. He is honored to contribute his talents to the ITU community.
